Most of our projects are hotels, apartment complexes and residential buildings from Herceg Novi to Bar. For developers and contractors, electric underfloor heating has one big advantage: it is simple to design, quick to install and needs no boiler room or pipework.
Why hotels choose electric underfloor heating

How we work on larger projects
- Design and specification – from the architectural drawings we calculate the output of every room and specify equipment for the whole building.
- Quote for the whole building – a clear quote per unit, also useful for planning the electrical installation.
- Delivery to site – equipment arrives when the contractor needs it.
- Phased installation – we follow the build: cable before the screed, mats before tiling, film before parquet.
- Testing and commissioning – every circuit is measured before and after the finished floor and thermostats are set up.
Which system where
In hotel bathrooms we usually install heating mats under tiles, in rooms with parquet infrared heating film, and in new builds and common areas heating cable in screed. Full comparison: Heating mat, film or cable.
Outdoor areas and ice protection

Deadlines and the season
On the coast the pressure peaks before the season opens. We plan installation together with the contractor so underfloor heating never holds up the tilers or parquet fitters. Send us the project or the number of units and areas – we will come back with a quote for the whole building.
